...and this week I'm playing with watercolour.

Playing is learning

This week I’m playing with watercolour. That’s not to say I’m not working, but that playing is the best way to learn. If I called it research it would sound more professional, but not nearly such fun, and as I’m in the business of creating children’s picture books I feel like fun is the best approach.

I’ve also had a bit of a play with technology, creating a pop-up for Iver No-Idea to pop onto the screen. And who is Iver No-Idea? Well you’ll just have to go and find him… it shouldn’t be too difficult…

Must dash… my paint has dried and is ready for the next bit.

As a self publisher you’ve likely already come up against some sort of barrier in traditional publishing.
