Imagine if, all you had to do to write a book, was to write a book!

Imagine if, all you had to do to write a book, was to write a book!

·      The words have been written

·      Maybe even pictures drawn.

·      There’ll likely be some argy bargy as the words settle together with pictures.

·      Some words might be knocked off the edge of the story by pictures, as they vie for attention on the page.

·      Then words and pictures get formatted into a file they’re printed and bound into a book – finished!   ...?

But more words are needed, to tell people about the words already written:

·      Spoken words

·      Written words

·      Words in blogs

·      Words on websites

·      Words on social media

·      Words into the abyss…

It can seem like an endless journey, but then…

·      Someone reads your book

·      You get positive feedback

·      You read your book out loud – and people listen…

·      You take your book out into the world

·      You do a book signing

·      People pick up your book

·      They read the blurb

·      They flick through the pages

·      They ask you to sign the book (more words)

·      You watch as a child stands at a Christmas fair and reads your book, a precious moment.

As a self publisher you’ve likely already come up against some sort of barrier in traditional publishing.
