Building a book on the kitchen table
Here I am again, building a book at the kitchen table, and trying to focus on getting the story into shape, when all the while new pictures are pouring out of my pencil and trying to take me in another direction...
I'm finding that pictures can take a story in an unexpected direction in much the same was as dialog...
...and this week I'm playing with watercolour.
