Illustration of books in a box

I’ve been busy in the new shop this morning, shuffling boxes and splashing around in pixels to create colour, to make buttons pop. Clearing colour from backgrounds, so that text shows clearly, and resisting the urge to get creative with all the bits and bobs on the website, when really I want the books to be the star of the show, not the special effects I might be able to add to them.

It seems that the more I play with the website builder, the more I realise I need to learn, but I’m enjoying the process, even though sometimes the best way to progress is to step away from it for a while, and come back to it with a clear head.
