Here I am still spinning plates, and the biggest plate in the next few weeks is a Christmas fair. I’ll be doing a book signing at the Tithe Barn in Nether Poppleton, near York. The barn is always beautifully decorated for Christmas, with greenery and lights draped from the old beams, and a big Christmas tree, it never fails to get me into the festive spirit, and my daughter will be there too with her fabulous handmade makeup bags, scunchies and bows… we might even get a visit from the main characters from one of my books…



So I’ll be rounding up the books once again and taking them out into the world, with pen at the ready to sign and personalise. I’ve checked my stock of paper bags for packaging and dug out the fairy lights, I’ve even made a new sign for my table.
